At Purple Giraffe Embroidery, each piece is lovingly handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We currently ship within Australia only. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
