Returns and Refunds
Because most of our items are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or the final product does not align with what was confirmed at checkout, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and I will organise a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
