Every order is made with care. For personalised embroidery, please check all details — such as names, colours, and design choices — before confirming. Once production begins, I may not be able to make changes or cancellations. If you would like to discuss additional colour options, contact me at:

2. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST.
Full payment is required at checkout before I begin working on your order. Payments are securely processed via Shopify.
3. Processing and Delivery
Orders are created once payment is received.
Processing times vary depending on order size and design complexity, but orders should take no longer than 7 days to be completed and shipped. Once items have been completed, they will be delivered via Australia Post, and how long this will take is beyond my control. Tracking will be available for all orders, and you will receive an email when your order is on its way.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because most of our items are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or the final product does not align with what was confirmed at checkout, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and I will organise a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
5. Product Care
Please follow the care instructions on the garment labels
When applicable, additional care instructions will be included with your order. Follow these along with the garment care instructions. We can’t accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing or handling.
6. Privacy
Your personal details are collected only to process your order and communicate with you. We never share or sell your information.
